ESA Support Group: Is it possible to find out why?

Hi,

I'm currently in the Support Group for ESA but I don't know how I qualify. There are several Support Group descriptors that apply to me but I don't know which the DWP has deemed valid. Is there any way of finding out on what grounds I was placed in the Support Group?

Any advice greatly appreciated!

Hi Faith. I only found out when I did a SARS request.
I guessed wrong btw, so it is prob best that you know the facts of things.

Where can I find out about how to do a SAR request? I understand that it is a written Subject Access Request but I'm guessing there is a specific process involved and also precise wording that must be used? Does it have to be done by a solicitor? Sorry to be clueless. Any further info would be hugely appreciated!
