i think this is the best place to piont out/ask, my pip review form end of 2020 was done without the need for a assessment from a 3rd party, and passed by the d/m. (who writes "theres no need for a face to face")

BUT i was not able to write in and challenge this as there was no pa4 as there was no 3rd party assessment, and point out im not asking for a m/r but for them to relook at what ever they looked at.

I had no choice but to put in a M/R,

The pros here must know this scenario.

could i of challenged the d/m before a m/r.

thanks.

Hi ccc

You may have had a paper assessment, in which case the assessment is called a PA3.

Hi ccc, I was in the same position and asked for the PA3 but was told that there wasn't one as decision maker had made decision without an assessment. I was told there were some system notes as to how the decision had been made but that I was not allowed access to these. Hope this helps.
Best wishes
