Thank you, Im really not too worried about that as I think I have enough evidence of drugs tried and that failed and even pain management that said they could do nothing for me!!! my husband was gobsmacked by that,,he was in with me! so I am appealing and have spent 3 days working on it so far! exhaused! I will let you know how I get on.

Hi Pauline,
I've just gone through your thread. All I can say is whenever I've appealed in the past (two tribunals, one MR and this last one which was more of a dispute with the report) I have always won.
Judging by the remarks on this thread and others I read on the forum you really do stand an extremely good chance of success and, as I think it was LL26 said it, will get backdated so is well worth having.
An emotional and very stressful journey, I know, but once it is logged by the Tribunal Service I found I could 'let go' a little knowing that it was out of the hands of the dreaded DWP.
And you never know the DWP just might come up with an offer as they can do!
I hope you can get something out of this - and I wish you lots of good luck.
Kind regards,
Phrank.
