Unable to request PIP Review Form

Be aware, if the DWP is now issuing a Review or PIP2 form then my understanding is that you are now committed to completing a review of your claim, even if it turns out that you do have an On-Going award you cannot cancel the review.

Spoke to another agent and now I’m getting forms and apparently have 56 days to return. I wasn’t told what would happen if they weren’t processed by October 3 when the claim ends though.

That seems really backwards, as they will only blame me for not requesting a form if it turns out they can’t find this award. And I didn’t explicitly request a form, I requested proof of my award and they said they were going to send pip forms.
Talking of which I still haven’t received them despite there been 4 working days and 5 postal days since. I have however had a SAR confirmation letter since.
Knowing typical DWP they never sent it.

On a similar note, from my understanding I’m going to be short over £400/mo come October as there’s no chance they are going to complete the review in a little under 4 months and they won’t continue paying tribunal awards behind the end date.

I admit they have been very slow in processing review claims, but there are some that have gone through quickly - so lets hope that yours is one of them.

How long should I allow to receive the form they’ve supposedly sent? It’s been a full working week now and had plenty of post in the meantime including other DWP corespondents.

I honestly can't answer that question. I'm the sort of person who couldn't wait more than 7 days. Nothing feels reasonable when you're waiting for such important information.
