Hi KABTT

There is a delay, DWP have pulled front line staff to help with UC transition.

It's been 15 or 16 weeks now, I guess it will make no difference contacting the DWP(?). I thought they maybe putting a lot of people on hold "on purpose" until after the election.

Could I ask: if they were going to change the PIP qualification process, can it be done retrospectively for the "people left in limbo" or do they have to apply whatever the rules were in Q1 2024 which is when my review process started?

Hi CRG2024

Pip reviews are taking a backseat whilst they process new claims. Some claimants are hearing within a few weeks, others many months.

Whilst you are waiting for a decision you should still be getting paid.
