I am so pleased that you got the award that you wanted. If you've seen my posts you'll know that my son has ADHD and it affects all aspects of his life. I am sure many of the assessors have no idea what it is like and attribute the disorganisation/forgetfulness/lack of motivation etc to laziness and feel that people "could" do things if they wanted to...they really don't get it. Trying to explain to the assessors how many steps there are in planning and making a meal, which my son sees as separate tasks and really cannot sequence them together, is impossible.

Anyway, congratulations and, yes a diary is a good idea for the next time...
