Hello David

quick follow up ... today received a letter from Job Centre plus regarding the ESA allowance, they have agreed to pay this at £90.50, but only for 365 days, so assume my husband has not been placed in the support group. Despite the claimant form appearing to put him in the No Work Requirements Conditionality group, (they didn't explicitly mention this on the claimant form but relevant box ticked by them appeared to suggest this).

Do they ever put applicants in the support group from the start?
Can this change after we complete the Capability Assessment for ESA50, we have now received this form?

Many thanks as aways. (Apologies for the continuous request for clarification this)

Hi JMC

As you have LPA for your husband I think there is a good chance of him being placed in the future in the Support/LCWRA group.
