  			 				Hi emme1689

I'm glad to hear that you've finally heard something. I too will keep my fingers crossed that you get the outcome you want.

Well it’s been 11 days since the follow up call from capita and my report still hasn’t been sent to the DWP. Even though the lady I spoke to said she’d send it the same day. I have spoke to capita twice since I had the follow call and I’ve been told 2 different things. The first lady I spoke to was very nice, saying that it was in its final, final stages and should be sent within the next week. The second lady said they were still waiting adjustments, “like spelling mistakes” were her words.

On the follow up call from Capita that needed more information, she questioned some of my medication and it seems the lady who did my original phone assessment got something wrong with how a medication is administered. This doesn’t leave me with much hope with the report.

It’s been over 64 weeks since I sent my form to the DWP and 6 weeks since my phone assessment. The stress and anxiety over the last 6 weeks has been unbearable.

  			 				Hi emme1689

I am sorry that is being dragged out so long. You may not want to, but I would file a formal complaint with Capita. "Spelling errors?" Oh, please... that is such a rubbish excuse. They shouldn't employ assessors who can't produce a report that takes 6 weeks to adjust spelling errors.

  			 				Hi BIS,

I have made a complaint and they have acknowledged it. I’ve even sent a copy of it to the DWP after reading some of the previous posts here.

The lady mentioning spelling mistakes just makes me thinks what other “errors” will be in it.

A little bit of good news, my migration from ESA to UC went smoothly. Now will just wait on Capita and the DWP.

I had a text 2 days ago to tell me that the DWP finally have my report. I left it 48 hours before calling and asking for a copy of the report. I was transferred to a case worker who told me it’s in an audit so they can’t send it out. Apparently.

Do the DWP have audits as well Capita? Or are they saying because Capita had it in an audit, it’s still treated as being in an audit once it reaches the DWP?

The case worker said she had made a note and that once it’s ready, a copy of the report will be sent to me.

Feel like I am hitting brick wall after brick wall.
