I am sorry to hear that you still haven't got the report. Don't trust them just to send it out. Unfortunately, you will have to keep ringing for it.

I rang again today, following your advice. It’s still in an audit and he said I wouldn’t be allowed the report until a decision has been made. Which I know is incorrect after reading a lot of comments and advice here.
I asked if there was a timeline regarding this next bit of waiting to which he said “There is no timeline regarding PIP” but then said in the next breath that reviews are taking 35 weeks but soon backtracked when he noted my review was sent into them in 2023.
I’m just tired of all this now. This process has been so mentally draining this time round.

I am so sorry - you are having such an appalling time over this. And yes, the person is giving you incorrect information. You may have to wait to it is audited, but you don't have to wait for the decision letter to come out to have access to the report. This is an absolute disgrace. Apart from getting your MP involved, I really don't know what else to suggest.

Hi all.
Just thought I’d let you know that I’ve been awarded enhanced rate for both, on a 6 year award. I’m just so very grateful that you’ve listened to my moaning for the last couple of months.
I still haven’t received the assessor’s report and I’m still waiting to hear from capita regarding my complaint. But at this moment I’m feeling very relieved.
