Hi , I've just check UC journal . Theres no reply to the post yet. any idea of response times in this case ? any idea of next steps if 2weeks later no response ? i guess complaint ? but how and to who ? appreciate your advice

Thanks for your response but there are now 5 managers for Greater London covering North London, South London, West London, East London and Essex. So I just need which of those areas apply to you please ?
