Request backdated UC/ LWCA payments

I'm chasing another query thats unanswered on journal.

Mindful that DWP might have fast turn over of mgrs, so thought to check. Has this info changed since last posted ?

Update for you on my second email complaint re LWCRA backdated payments

I got a unexpected call today from a UC agent assigned to the payment issue. I was a little sus , but went through security . Agent explained they need to do 1 weekend a month , but work 1/2 shift ..... who knew ?!

The agent answered a lot of questions i had and confirmed underpayment, which will be reconciled after the UC review is complete.

i've shared the journal entry. post the UC call below;

Thank you, xxxxx for taking my call. Again, please accept our apologies for not responding to your messages regarding the WCA decision. As explained, I have an underpayment to be issued for £xxxx.xx for the decision made on 3 Apr 2025 at 10:12am. A notification was uploaded to the journal on the same day. As your claim is currently being reviewed by a specialist team, I am currently unable to issue this overpayment. As discussed, I will contact the agent following your appointment with them on 13 May 2025 to request that this payment can be issued. I will update you as soon as I am to contact them so that we can discuss the next steps. As advised, I will send the Complaints Team an update of the action I've taken to address your complaint. & they will notify you of this by email as you requested.
