Hi I have had my report back from the assessment and it’s awful ,can’t believe how the health assesser has totally disregarded what I have said on the phone ,I I don’t even know why I bothered because just about everything I said has been turned and changed ,one of the things I said was I have friends and family that come and help with day to day stuff ,so she has said I have lots of friends and family to socialise with other people and do things with, I don’t go anywhere they come to get me dressed or prepare a meal or other things I need that’s what I told her ,she has said I can only walk as far as a taxi outside my house which is right but with help, then goes onto say I can walk perfectly fine and much further in another question 😢I just can’t way it up .

Hi Alison
I am sorry to hear of your experience - another twisted report. You can wait for the decision letter or you can challenge the report now and write to the Decision Maker. You only have a very small window of time to do this.

Hi Alison
I hope that you will have a successful outcome, and some members have had their decision overturned at the Mandatory Reconsideration stage. About 27% of claimants are successful in getting the decision changed.

Hi Alison,
I understand this, as I do the same at times, and struggle to get out what I want to say based on how I may perceive something for example - so I much prefer email or this sort of thing.
Chris.
