Further Extension

She was able to access my reasons for previous extensions and she said she would reffer this to complex case team (which I have not consented to) she became abusive to me on the phone, I tried to call one more time and also heard 'no extension possible' even though I didn't give them any details. It says on the Internet that Ince they reffer to complex case team you can't just call them for an extension. Citizens advice guy told me to try and call them early on Monday morning. I live in abusive situation I am unable due to my disability claim it on time. Are you sure she wasn't able to leave negative notes about me? She spoke to supervisor and was very authorities and abusive and I had to hang up.

Hello Gary, I am really anxious because that woman was very abusive to me over the phone and I am a voulnerable adult living in abusive household and being abused due to my disability in where I live. I also suffer from Complex Trauma and Autism. I need more time to apply for it. I am almost homeless and I should get more support. I was treated without dignity, I am still waiting for my MP's reply if my sdp bacpayment will be disregared and for how long, I am an EU citizen and I only have an eu passport as a proof of my identity.. I am affraid that she has left some negative notes about me on the system or that she reffered me to a complex cases team which would mean that if I call on Monday with a citizens advice support that we won't be able to secure that extension because she left negative notes or reffered me somewhere without my consent.

I suffer terrible harrassment in my housing and I simply am not managing these situations. I am being abused and I'm not ready to go through this application. She has abused me.
