Hello Gary
I do not want to migrate to UC.
I only wanted to know if the dwp could migrate me over whenever they want?
I think I have until 2018 on contribution based, ESA, as I said before the nurse who assessed me said in 2018 that she would recommend a 10 year review.
Thank you for your help and support.
This forum is a God send.
Thank you again

Hi Gary
I do not want to migrate to UC.
I just wanted to know if the dwp can migrate me anytime.
As I said before I think I have until 2018 for next review. This is only because the nurse at my assessment said she would recommend a 10 year review.
Thank for all your help and support

Hi Lulu
DWP do not migrate you over to UC, they send you an invitation letter inviting you to apply to migrate to UC, if you fail to apply then your legacy benefits will stop. If you are classed as vulnerable then they will try and contact you before stopping your legacy benefit.

Hi Lulu
The nurse may have been talking about a light touch review, I have answered your previous question; www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/kunena/10-dla-...d-esa?start=6#302188
