The process has started!

Forgot to add, my ESA50 arrived this morning sent by ATOS.

X Factor - you say would they dare means test DLA - but aren't they fully intending to switch DLA to PIP, which WILL be means tested, so effectively DLA will be means tested?

The only phone call I got from the DWP before my ESA50 arrived was to confirm my personal details. I had already had the letter from them saying I would be being migrated from IB to ESA so I had a host of questions ready but the operator insisted that the phone call had nothing to do with the letter!

No one at all has talked to me about the migration process - could I use this in an appeal if necessary?

If one doesn't answer the phone I'm assuming it's all done by post. The ESA50 just arrives and then the medical appt will arrive in the post.
Or will you get a letter asking you to call them?

When they arranged my IB medical they called me on the Sunday.
