incapacity to esa medical in france

Hi. I posted my ESA N 50 from France on the 1st June this was delivered to Newcastle on the 9th June and my letter telling me that I will be sent for a medical arrived on the 28th July but the letter was dated 15th July I have phoned them to ask why they are sending me for a medical when my GP here in France wrote on my form that I was incapacitated for work of course this has got me no where I am now waiting for an appointment with the doctor. My actual review date was May last year But Newcastle told me my incapacity would continue in France and that helped us decide to move over here. Now it is just wait and see.
