DLA mobility was created by nicurro
Hi , just wondered if anyone gets DLA mobility with lower back pain and radiating pain into legs.
No improvement after spinal fusion operation.
Also , i now use crutches for walking and support due to severe discomfort and require more help from my wife on a daily basis.
Do i need to submit another claim as my original claim is waiting for tribunal date.

Cheers

Yes, from what you have said it is important that you submit another DLA claim immediately, especially as it would appear that there has been a deterioration in your medical condition.

You can have a new claim running concurrently with your outstanding appeal.
