just like the MP deals with DWP problems, if your after a course and want discount speak to your local ward counciller on the local council your local civic center or town hall will give you the details .. problem here is funding so dont hold your breath

I am an ESA (IR) claimant and i started a part-time college course today. The fee has been waived.

good luck with getting the course you want, if the local council says no discount challange it, as they sometimes have a little kitty but dont talk about it, for when people have low income and really want the course and need help paying
