I know how you feel.
I wish I knew how liely it is for someone appealing to have their entire claim taken off them. Appealing and not having teh outcome changed I could deal with, but the risk of having the whole thing overturned againts me is whats putting me off sending off this appeal form, which is still sitting in front of me as I type.
I've read the descriptors over and over again and I'm not sure If the grounds I have are strong enough to be a good match, and thats whats worrying me, because If I'm not sure then maybe I shouldn't attempt it.
If I do appeal should I send photo copies of that GP and consultant letter yet again or as it was sent in with my original ESA claim that I needn't bother?

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

We can only offer general information about how the system for sickness/disability benefits works. We cannot offer advice to individuals about a specific benefits problem under any circumstances and it appears that your queries fall into that category.
If you need specific benefits advice, you will need to contact a CAB or welfare rights office. For further information and assistance see Community Legal Advice.

Hi JM,
I can see that you are really having problems with this issue.
Just because you have previously supplied medical evidence that has not been properly taken into account, does not mean that said evidence is not relevant.
So yes, you can use the same evidence, to draw attention as to how you qualify for support group entry.
That's the whole point of appealing, to show them the error of their ways.
An appeal can be successful, without the appellant providing any fresh evidence, to the original evidence provided.
I feel that you are asking questions, that I really can not answer for you.
As Gordon and I have said, it is you, who must make the decision to appeal, and no one will judge you, no matter what decision you make.
Best wishes
