The DWP phoned me today to answer all the queries I was asking
They also told me I qualified for WRAG under Regulation 19 ...ESA reg 2008
I was reading it but dont understand it, could you help please

As far as I can see it is a convoluted way of saying you score 15 points or more.
Reg. 19 defines the criteria for qualifying for the WRAG and the Support Group under the ESA Descriptors, as opposed the Exemption and Exceptional Circumstances Regulations.

Hi B,
Are you sure that it isn't an ESA65 rather than an ESA56.
The ESA65 is The DM's Written Statement of Reasons (Score sheet) were a fit for work decision is applied, as seen in this list of :

I have it in front of me,on the bottom left hand of the page it says ESA56 08/11
on the top of the page it says worksheet for the work capability assessment

The DWP have to send all documents used in the making of the Decision, I would have still expected this ESA56 to have been included, since they must have reviewed it and the decided to ignore it, but I suppose if you take a literal view of the rule it was not part of the Decision.
It is up to you whether you submit this as evidence to the Tribunal, but you should first consider whether this document strengthens or weakens your case.
