I asked about what regulation or descriptors on why I was placed in Wrag and queries on what the ATOS HCP had stated it was nothing harmful

Bud
Could you confirm the information you are trying to get from the DWP.
In your earlier posts you refer to the LT54 and ESA85A, but in your latest post you use the phrase " I have a right to ask about any logic involved in any automated decisions made about me", these things are not the same.
If you are requesting the documents used in the Decision (e.g. LT54. ESA85A, etc.) then the DWP should have provided these within the 40 days allowed for a response to a SAR, if however, you are requesting details of the decision processing in the LiMa system, as suggested by your latest post, then this is an entirely different matter,

But did you use the phrase " I have a right to ask about any logic involved in any automated decisions made about me" or something similar in the SAR that you sent the DWP.
If you did, then I think it highly likely that the DWP will have assumed that you wanted details of the LiMa software, this would also explain why you were told to direct your SAR to ATOS, as they have developed the software on behalf of the DWP, although it is the DWP actually owns the software.
