Hi ff,

I have merged your current topic with your previous one, for continuity.

It sounds like you have received the evidence pack/bundle, copy of which will also be sent to The TS.

You should send any evidence (including a rebuttal of the ATOS report) that you may wish to submit, to The TS.

You should do this ASAP, as soon as you have been contacted by The TS, and you are aware of their postal address, etc.

It will probably be several months before a date for a hearing is arranged.

I just wanted to send you a virtual hug for the battle you've been given.

My late Mum was a paediatric Physiotherapist; she used to encourage and help the Mums and Dads of her patients fill in the forms and write references/reports so they could get the financial help they needed from the DWP. I am so pleased that she's no longer around to hear about cases like this, as it would have made her blood boil. It makes me so sad when I read about problems like yours. I knew so many of Mums patients and their parents as she saw her children from babies and then treated them right up to adulthood. I know how many challenges parents of disabled children/young adults have to deal with... without this sort of a farce to add to it. You must feel really dejected right now. I hope you manage to prove them wrong and get the financial help you deserve x

Thank you so much, you made me cry. I cannot tell you how angry I am at the total misrepresentaion of this report. It is hard enough seeing your child suffer so much while all her friends are out enjoying their lives. Now I have to deal with all this and take care of her. Grrr. Thanks to the kindness of people like you I will find the strength to fight for her.
