many thanks Gordon just one more question if I did have to go for another assesment because of this would I now be able to request thst i want it recorded

Hi I tried to get an appointment to speak to someone in citizen advice today, but cant get an appointment until November,but I think that I need to do something now.

Have you tried Welfare Rights?

Try Googling "welfare advice" with your town or county.
