atos report incorrect used incorrect

Hi I have finally had an appointment with citizens advice person and told advised me to definately complain about the Atos Health Professional for the mistakes she has made and to also send the detailed report I have made about the whole medical to the appeal deptartment and she said although its not quaranteed that the decision maker will read it all, she said there are so many discrepancies in the information and the outcome of the medical as well as incorrect facts that he may reconsider the decision. SO I HOPE IT WORKS
