Benefits and Work has obtained copies of the confidential Jobcentre plus managers Updates from December 2008 to March 2009.  The most extraordinary thing about them is that they make no reference whatsoever to the crisis that is engulfing Jobcentre plus as it tries to cope with the huge rise in claimant numbers and the introduction of employment and support allowance.
