thanks for all the info on this post. i was on dla high mobility/middle care for 12 years and was taken of it after a visit with a hcp ans a reconsideration in the past two weeks, my asthsma has been reassessed as copd moderate and last tuesday i had a tia while visiting my doctor so this will be useful for my appeal. many thanks to all who posted

You need to make sure that it is clear that this information relates to the time of the Decision, any changes in your conditions or how they effect you that post date the Decision cannot be considered at a tribunal.
