PS It seems to be all based on a 5 min consultation with a junior registrar and his letter, from last year.

A Supersession is done when a claimant has an existing award but a Change of Circumstances has occurred which means that the award needs to be reassessed. The CofC can because of a change in your conditions, either improving or deteriorating or because of a change to your personal circumstances which might effect your eligibility to a benefit.

But, in the Assessment Report, it says I am under specialist services for my conditions but I 'have not stated any functional problems in my form' There is no reference to this letter
Also, things were the same when I last applied, but they seem to be confused on this. For example my previous letter also said my symptoms were well controlled because of my care plan.
So, I have told them about this in a letter do you think that sounds a good plan? Thanks.

If you have submitted the letter to the Tribunal Service, then yes!

Will they now give time for the DWP to respond to this or just go ahead with the appeal I wonder.
