True. I did ring them last week and was told it is all ready to be looked at, hasn't been yet but it should be sooner rather than later, as not having a hearing. I will let you know if I find out what it means.

It was today they looked at the claim, I rang the tribunals service and they told me the Judge made a decision on it this morning. However, we are now away for a week and the lady wouldn't tell me the outcome over the phone.

Is there anything meds to be down with the response when it is received? What kind of thing does it tell you in their reply? I hear that the DWP has a month to respond anyway if it is a positive one.I am glad in a way whatever happens, that they are not postponing or asking for further info, at least i will know one way or the other.

Thank you

I would expect the Decision Letter to take about three days, so maybe Thursday or Friday.

If it is a positive result then I would contact the DWP next week to make sure that they have also received the letter.

It usually takes the DWP 5-8 weeks to process a Tribunal Decision.

Thanks, Gordon.

Out of interest, what information do they give you in the reply letter; points scored, length of award, for example? Reasons why it is passed or declined? Thanks
