hope you dont mind me replying,but wanted to ask you ,,as ive just sent my appeal off for pip ,could you tell me when they get back to you do you have a copy of your origanal pip 2 form on how disability affects you ,as at the time i wasnt aware it was a good idea to make a copyof this form ,it was back in feburary i filled in mine and with my mental health issues i wouldnt be able to remember what i actualy wrote in there ,obviously i wrote how my condition affect me ,but if they questio ,e on excactly what i wrote ime worried i may not be able to answer the same way i did when i wrote it down as my daughter helped me fill in the form ,

I believe the DWP have a department that manages appeals, but it really doesn't matter who compiles their submission as is nothing more than a paper collection exercise to which some standard letters are added.

I used the submissions on the appeals guide on this site to help with mine and this was helpful as I am doing a paper appeal.

Also, they have taken points off for needing support with medication at the final appeals pack stage while it was given previously, then changing their mind and saying I can manage it with an aid, therefore would also be able to manage therapy.
So, I sent this info to the appeals and they have not copied it to the DWP.

As advised previously, if you believe that there is information that you have you have sent to the Tribunal Service that has not been circulated, then you need to contact them about this.
