Thanks.

I believe the DWP have a department that manages appeals, but it really doesn't matter who compiles their submission as is nothing more than a paper collection exercise to which some standard letters are added.

Why do you ask?

They should send you a copy in the appeal bundle. After they send you this you have a month to reply to it. It might be an idea to get some help from somewhere with the appeal, although to be honest it made mine mire difficult as they were telling me different to on here. I think always go with what B & W suggest as they know how it all works. Some of the advisors are quite new, as mine was, so see what is available perhaps.

I used the submissions on the appeals guide on this site to help with mine and this was helpful as I am doing a paper appeal.

Also, we have found significant errors in how I was assessed- they have left out a condition despite saying it requires specialist helps etc as I 'have not listed functional problems with it in the form' which is not true.

Also, they have taken points off for needing support with medication at the final appeals pack stage while it was given previously, then changing their mind and saying I can manage it with an aid, therefore would also be able to manage therapy.

So, I sent this info to the appeals and they have not copied it to the DWP.

As advised previously, if you believe that there is information that you have you have sent to the Tribunal Service that has not been circulated, then you need to contact them about this.
