I wasn't sure about this, although he has been on DLA and in the support group ESA for some time now , so has already filled in forms in the past for it to continue ....now it was stopped completely , so had no money at all ...
So will everyone who is now on DLA have to fill in PIP forms ??
Thanks anyway ....tribunal is tomorrow ....

Everyone who was under the age of 65 on 8 April 2013 will be invited to claim PIP even if they are over 65 when this happens, claimants under the age of 16 will not be invited until they reach 16, all other claimants will be invited as they approach the end of any fixed term award or at random if they have an indefinite award.

He only got standard rate care and none for mobility, whereas he had full care and low mobility, so quite a chunk less, but better than nothing ....he was a nervous wreck by the time we came out ....the previous tribunal gave him low mobility because he is not safe out alone ...but hey ho ! Still got something and never worth querying a tribunal so many thanks for all the help given here and I will of course, be happy to carry on paying subscriptions as you work so hard all of you to help us all get through this ...so yes, disappointed but happy enough

A restrained congratulations.
I'm afraid a lot of claimants with DLA HRC will struggle to receive an Enhanced Daily Living award, this is an area where the criteria for the two benefits are the most different.
