Do you mean that he is now in the WRAG or was he found Fit for Work? Is anybody challenging the Decision that took him out of the SG?

They didn't say he was actually fit for work ..or anything ...
I did phone the DWP yesterday and asked what was happening now that the tribunal found in his favour ...I was told they had just received his answers to the four questions, which he sent back immediately though they said they had just received them that day

Both you and the DWP have a right to challenge the Tribunal's Decision, but this cannot be done just because one party disagrees with it, a challenge can only be made on the basis of an Error of Law .
In the vast majority of cases there is no discernible Error and the DWP take no further action, it's part of the 5-8 weeks that we advise it will take before the result is processed.

I have just phoned again the DWP as still no money ! He had the PIP assessment in November, where they turned him down, so long time with no money, and both me and his mother in law are almost skint helping them out
