Different forms ??

They are at their wits end and don't know where to go or what to do now .....can anyone offer any advice about this please

Although the DWP nominate where they want Tribunal Decisions sent to some office seem to never check this.
If they can get a fax number from the DWP they need to send a copy of the Tribunals Decision to the DWP, another route would be by email if they give them an address to use.
Failing that, their local JC+ office should be able to scan it and send it directly to the correct office, they may need to make an appointment to do this.

I will go with him, because he just feels like giving up and his wife is now incredibly depressed and ill with the worry ...

My best suggestion is for you to book an appointment at your local JC+ and have them fax or email a copy of the Decision Notice to the relevant department, they can then confirm with them that they have received it.
