Well my son got the award on the 27th April, but still waiting for any payment ....so his wife phoned a week ago (DLA folk) and asked when it would be sorted ...told they knew nothing about it and she should phone the tribunals people ...phoned them and they said all details were sent to DLA benefits on the 27th .........still nothing ....just phoned again today (DLA) to be told yet again they know nothing about it ....with two young children they are finding it very difficult money wise since his DLA was stopped and we are having to help out where and if , we can ...
They are at their wits end and don't know where to go or what to do now .....can anyone offer any advice about this please

Although the DWP nominate where they want Tribunal Decisions sent to some office seem to never check this.
If they can get a fax number from the DWP they need to send a copy of the Tribunals Decision to the DWP, another route would be by email if they give them an address to use.
Failing that, their local JC+ office should be able to scan it and send it directly to the correct office, they may need to make an appointment to do this.

Thanks Gordon ...they got back on the phone and the DWP said they will send another fax...so trying to keep fingers crossed this time..

Unbelievably, they are still saying they haven't received the tribunal decision, even though it has now been sent out twice, so no money ....and now my son has to go for yet another assessment because they have stopped his ESA which he was on in the support group !!
I will go with him, because he just feels like giving up and his wife is now incredibly depressed and ill with the worry ...

My best suggestion is for you to book an appointment at your local JC+ and have them fax or email a copy of the Decision Notice to the relevant department, they can then confirm with them that they have received it.

No money yet !! However can I just ask if he has to be in the high rate of DLA to get put into the support group of ESA as he was in before
