Do you now have confirmation that the DWP have received a copy of the Decision?
DLA and ESA are separate benefits with separate criteria, receiving one does not imply that you are eligible for the other, let alone that you should have a particular award. To be placed in the Support Group you need to meet one or more of the SG Descriptors.

What are they doing about the ESA? Were they actually moved out of the SG or did they just lose the Premiums that were payable due to the DLA award?
