Hi, looks like I won't be able to reinstate as I have just got my letter out and it's say it has to be done within a month from withdrawing. I will just have to wait and deal with hubbies horrible illness and then as my illnesses are getting worse the best way maybe to reapply for PIP on these grounds, if possible.

You really have nothing to lose by contacting the TS and seeing whether they will accept your request even though you are out the normal period allowed.
