PIP Assessment

OMG! the bitch from hell has just assessed me. What an absolute cow she was. Evil witch. Cannot believe she made me cry. I simply cannot believe someone can be so nasty.

She spent 50 minutes talking about my medications. Hardly spoke about how my health affects me and was insistant that I answer the way she wanted me to. she manipulated every answer and I cannot believe it went this badly. Probably because I didn't have anyone with me and have mental health problems.

She really was bad. Said she read all my info from drs. specialists, dieticians, etc then said she hadn't. she got quite nasty with me. Cannot believe they employ someone as nasty as that. She's obviously after her commission and I don't think I stand a chance at all of scoring one point.

Oh well, i can carry on crying and she can go be utterly rude and nasty to someone else now.

diane so sorry you were treated badly Hopefully you still get awarded Do you have a Cpn nurse that can help you with appeals and reconcideration?Thank you for posting,as I think il use a tape recorder I think il have copies of concultant letters Ect in the room with me As I doubt they even read them with my pip claim form Good luck diane I thought atos was getting sacked anyone?

ATOS no longer have the contract for ESA assessments but they are one of the two organisations who carry out the PIP assessments.

hope u dont mind me replying to you post,. ,i also had a wich of a woman doing my assessment from home , i also was on my own during this and she was rshing me through question stopping me in middle while i was trying to explain in detail how doing activities affect me and she was just interupting and not letting me finish she was very rude and impatiant ,,i had report bk and was only awarded 4 point for mobility and 2 for daily , she basicaly lied all through the report , ime now waiting to go to appeal ,, hope you are lucky and get a award as i know how upset i felt reading through my report ,i too suffer MH and found the experiance degrading in the manner i was spoken to ,, good luck hun do let us know how you got on ,

thanks for the responses. I've had a good cry and slept a bit. I definitely won't ever put in for PIP again. It's something I know I cannot go through.

She kept saying she would leave and come back another time as I was so upset. Naturally no one should ever have to let someone like her into their home. She was angry from the start and kept raising her voice to me. She even got angry with a fly buzzing about.

I just hope I get some points as I certainly won't appeal. It's all too much for me.

However, I might write to the GMC about her.
