Thanks Gordon,
I am getting my moneys worth arnt I !
One of my problems is neurogenic bladder so I self catheterise and If I don't I am incontinent,
Does using an app on my phone to find the nearest toilet count as needing an aid to plan a journey ?
Thanks
Steven

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

There's nothing to lose in making the argument, is the app specifically purposed for this or are you using a general mapping app and including toilets in your search, the former will carry more weight than the latter.

It's not really a Grounds for Appeal, these have to be connected to the actual Decision and the points you think you should have scored, I would mention it in your submission when you send that in.
