Sorry for my yet again more questions,
As for getting ready my MR, what points should I make clear in my letter ? do I make a letter like the form I filled in before the assessment? and do I miss out everything on the assessors form that I dont not agree with?
or do I write my condition and write my points to the issues in order, about each part eg cooking etc,
am I supposed to use a form I get from them to send back or do I just make a letter here?
ever so sorry for all these questions but I fell totally stuck

I've really covered this in previous posts/
You need to explain why you should score the points for an award by showing how you meet the PIP Descriptors and you need to deal with the issues raised by the Decision Maker as to why they have not given you those points.

HI,
well to update you here, I received a decision on my pip and it seems it was lucky I sent a letter to the decision maker before they made a first decision thanks to gordon for telling me about that option,
well it seems that the report was a total fabrication of the actual events but they scored me 8 points , so although I should have scored much higher I am not going to appeal it as I don't want to lose the points I do have with a mandatory reconsideration and be broke for a year waiting an appeal,
even though I physically vomited and uruinated in the assessment they said no proof of these problems, the assessor just lied, not blatant factual errors,, pure down right lies
so I will get the low rate, they scored me 0 for mobility,
a complete fass of government body but I cannot cope with doing anymore and will leave it at that,
I am awaiting my appeal date which I have changed to paper now for my ESA support group re entry,
thanks guys
