sory bis,, replied to yyou in mmy reply to sue.
tried cab, no joy. cant believe just one singlle part of the form and its questions aare causing all this confusion with everyone
yes much will be written on separate paper [like esa]] and that will mean a lot of writing aamd i mean a lot . im a mess here so distressed,,, forgive me

also please? i have 'put favoourite' on my post along with several other posts. but can then never find my favourte posts?
is there an easier way to find posts on here that you have put//marked as favourite?
typiing getting bad,,,not used to being on line and have typed so muuch too hands etc in agony,, can hardly see out of my good eye andd thats kmade worse by mme being so disstressed and sobbbing

Sorry, this situation is so distressing for you. No, unfortunately, there is no way of finding posts that are marked favourite.
Try and take one question at a time. Do that when the pain allows and then move on. You have explained yourself here, so you can do so on the form. Don't worry about it being perfect.Just do something.

Hi asc6670. As BIS says, you’ve explained your situation yourself here on the forum and I can picture what you have described. The whole form gives you the opportunity to paint a picture of how your medical conditions impact on your daily life. The people who read your completed questionnaire do not know anything about you so the more information you can give them, the better.
