Thanks for your time LL26, you are correct just sdl and no mobility. (6 mths down the drain).

if i read it right, the dwp have no time limit to look at new docs i sent them.

so dwp will vindictively and vectichiously string it out to see what i put into the sscs1(4-6mths at least?)

Thanks again

Hello ccc

I simply put in the SSCS1 form something like ‘it is incorrectly recorded that I passed all my main school exams. The facts are that I only sat two exams in (and put the subjects) and then say how well or how badly you did in them. It is unlikely to help your case to say that the assessors or DWP have lied.

If I understand your next post correctly, you do need to put your full name and address on the form. You are not hiding anything from them since they will eventually get to see the forms you originally submitted to the DWP along with any evidence which will clearly have your name and address on. More significantly they will need your postal address to send out the bundle of papers and other correspondence prior to the appeal. The courts and tribunals service are definitely old school.

I have only ever sent SSCS1 forms to Bradford.

I did once send in an almost blank form which just said something ‘Mrs X disagrees with the decision made by the DWP. She has only recently contacted me and I am still trying to understand the basis for her appeal. I will be submitting detailed information to support this application within the next two weeks.’ That was accepted without any issues.

I hope that helps
Catherine
