Hi ccc,

This is a very common question, it is used as evidence for a minimum distance you can walk, possibly without assistance.

HI, can i ask what wold happen if i sent in new mri evidence to do with my leg to D/M,
would they send me for a new assessment or something else. after last weeks one.
(which i'll say again was because i put in a M/R for activity 11 but IAS done a full assessment, no doubt in cahoots with DWP's vindictiveness to decease claiments with stress)

Thanks for your help.

Hello ccc,

I would be most surprised if you were given yet another assessment, although nothing is ever certain. If you think it will support your claim then I would send it in, but then I am not the one who has just had two assessments!

Hi ccc,

You nearly had the right information. You can request the assessor's report (PA4) from the DWP, not IAS.

I am really sorry to hear that they were not polite to you, in my opinion there is no excuse for that.
