Hello binky,
My thoughts are that an email to capita explaining your need for a paper based assessment can not do any harm, and it might help.
Hope this answers your question,
Catherine

Hi binky
You say that you have a new condition since you got PIP in 2017, have you completed a review form? if you have, did you inform DWP of your new condition?
DWP needs to be aware of all your conditions, so if you have been recently diagnosed with a new condition and have supporting documents from a health care professional, send a copy in along with your new medication. You will need to explain how this new condition affects you and what help and support you need.
Remember it is not the condition that PIP is awarded for but how the condition affects you.

Hi binky
The reason they have written to them is because you gave them their contact details.
They don't often write to Dr's or Consultants unless they want further information.
