Hi all,
I just wondered if anyone new how long it took for new evidence to be put onto the system after being received at the Wolverhampton site?
Regards,
Phrank.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi phrank
I have no idea, if it has been received at the Wolverhampton site then I would contact DWP and ask.

Hi CCC,
Thanks for that. That's quite quick then. It looks as if mine could be on the system fairly soon, if not now.
My main worry is if they have sent a letter out already and a decision to give me a telephone assessment has been booked before they get my letter highlighting the reasons why a paper based assessment is necessary.
If the worse comes to the worse and that does happen I'll have to tackle it with a phone call to the DWP or even IAS.
I'm keeping optimistic right now.
Regards,
Phrank.

Hi all,
Well 12 days have passsed since I started this thread.
Last Saturday the HCP professional who wrote my supportive letter offered that, if the worse came to the worst, they would accompaany me for support during the phone assessment.
What I didn't add when I last posted, is that despite me being told by IAS that they were going to contact my GP surgery and speak to the HCP, no phone call or any means of contact have been made to date.
I don't know if this is a good or bad thing. All I can do is hope that my phone call, and follow up letter, have had some bearing upon this and that sense may eventually prevail.
We shall see,
Regards,
Phrank.
