Hi all,

just to say is it best to wait until I get a letter then saying I am requesting the assessment be recorded or to phone ATOS in advance telling them if it does come to a telephone assessment I would like it recorded?

Hi there,

Just to add: the supporting letter is almost identical to the letter that won me my MR three years ago.

The only real difference is it's asking for a paper-based review and that my disability remains the same as since my last assessment.

So what exactly do the DWP and ATOS not understand?

The mind boggles.

Regards,

Phrank.
