No, you have not been moved to Universal Credit, it just means that it was paid from the UC payment system, ESA does not have one of its own for ad hoc payments

Thanks Gordon, that's a relief. I know it's not good for me and that I can do better but I can't help but catastrophize after all the stress they've put me through I expect the worst from them. I was worried I'd now have all the stress of UC. Thanks for all your help and support
