Hello Boomer,

If you think the tribunal’s judgement is useful, then yes, include it. Just make sure that it is only a copy, so you keep your hands the precious original.

Hoping that everything runs smoothly for you this time.

Thank you for the reply Catherine.

I'll include a copy in the paper work I return to them in that case.

Good (very early) morning all.

The DWP have received my completed pip assessment questionnaire.

May I ask what the current timescale is these days to hear back from them regarding a telephone consultation date etc?

Also, will that communication be via telephone or letter usually? I live in an ATOS/ IAS (sp?) area I believe.

Thank you for the continued help as always.

Hi Boomer

We cannot give you an accurate time scale, it should be between 6 - 8 weeks but as we live in strange times it could go either way.

Again it could be phone or letter, we have had a few members on the forum whohave been contacted by phone. If they contact you by phone then they should give you 7 days notice for an assessment.

Sorry we cannot be more accurate with our information.

I completely understand and thank you for the info.

Am I correct in assuming that the PIP payments will be stopped when the end date of the current claim? Then if my new claim is successful it will be back dated to when the current claim ends?

Thanks again.

Yes Boomer that is right, assuming that you sent in the application for your new claim before the old one expired.
