Should I ask to delay submitting PIP review

The same thing happened to me. I called the PIP help-line and spoke with a call handler who granted an extension on my deadline for returning my review form but then I received a reminder letter with the original deadline date. I called the PIP help-line again and was assured that the reminder letter was just auto-generated by a computer and I should ignore it, as the deadline had, indeed, been extended. I hope this helps!
