ATOS make recommendations in the medical report which is generated by The LiMA software programme.

It is the DWP DM who makes the final decision taking "All" evidence available to them into account.

In reality, the DM tends to "rubberstamp" the ATOS recommendations

It is the LiMA system that is used to record responses in the medical and produces the ESA85 medical report.
It can vary, there are backlogs in processing ESA claims.

I have an update, I am to remain in the SG.
Thanks to all the advice given to me from all the moderators and the very informative guides.
I was told on the telephone it is for two years.
I have sent a SAR requesting all information with regards to my ESA, to include the ESA85, LT54, ESA113 if asked for.
I will update again to confirm what documents I receive.
