Are you sure that he has been asked to complete an ESA50 and not an ESA1?
Looking back it has been over four months since the Decision on his ESA claim was made and it is possible that the DWP no longer have the information to remake his computer record which is required for payment to happen.
If it is an ESA50 and he was found Fit for Work then there is no legal requirement for a new one to be issued, you will have to contact the DWP again and ask to speak to a manager.

Your previous posts says that your son was found Fit for Work if this is the case then he has no open claim that requires reassessment through an ESA50.
If he was not found Fit for Work then a new ESA50 is reasonable, but it has to be one of the other.
If you are reluctant to call the DWP then speak to your advisor, they should know better than to leave you in limbo about this.
