Hi Gordon

Interesting! So, MR process is still in progress even after I send appeal form.

I included one new letter from my carer when sent my appeal form, but, as I gather is the case, the appeals office just bounce info back to DWP, and if so, I haven't a prayer of it being overturned if same decision maker deals with it.

No! The MR process has finished.

The Tribunal service do not "bounce" info back to the DWP. The DWP are a party to the Appeal, just like you are, they therefore receive a copy of all the information that is submitted as part of the appeal, just like you do.

The appeal will be heard by a Tribunal Service panel and they will make a Decision on the evidence submitted and your testimony if you attend. They are not part of the DWP and owe no allegiance to it.

I was referring to your response in Topic #151395, but your reply seems to have been meant for someone call Vikki?

Now I could get out of order and get :P but I'll behave.

Mods, if you look at Post 151395 in this topic you will see it was addressed to Vikki and mentioned MR etc...

...my point is that in post 151395 Gordon seemed to be confusing my topic with another.

Hi J,

I have absolutely no idea what you are going on about !!!!!

Unless I have missed something after reading through all the posts in this topic, there are no posts from a "Vikki", and no mentions of a "Vikki" !!!!

From post : Post 151395 , a few posts back in this topic :

"Johhny

You may well be correct, but the MR stage has now finished and you need to concentrate on presenting the best case you can for your appeal, the Tribunal panel will have little interest in how well or badly the DWP reviewed your claim, their only interest is in whether you meet the criteria for an award.

Gordon"

Is this a "Wind Up" ????????
